2) Payment: Prepayment terms. We accept most major credit cards.
3) Terms and prices are subject to change without notice.
4) Order Acknowledgement: We will confirm all orders by return email or fax.
5) Delivery and Shipping: Items in stock will ship in 10 - 14 days. Backordered items will ship as soon as possible. We typically use FedEx ground for all domestic shipping. There will
be a minimum shipping charge of $6.95 plus a $1.50 charge per item.
6) Claims and Shortages: If your order indicates a backorder, we will ship the balance in 30 days. If your packing slip indicates an item was shipped, but you have not received it, please
contact us. If you feel you received a defective product, please contact us. If you receive a damaged carton or notice a missing carton, do not sign for it. Examine the contents first
to see if the contents are damaged. If you sign for a damaged shipment, without noting the damage or missing carton to the carrier, no claim can be issued.
7) Barker’s Bowtique offers OEM and Private Label manufacturing to customers placing custom orders over 300 units. China direct or FOB US pricing is available.
Return Policy:
1) Return Policy: All returns must be requested within 15 days of the ship date noted on invoice/ packing slip. Please contact Customer Service at 305-621-6022 Ext. 111
(or CS@barkersbowtique.com) for return authorization number. Exchange for alternate size only. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number and must be in original
condition and unworn. Returns should be sent to MNC Stribbons, Inc 1545 NW 165th St. Miami, FL 33169.
2) Regular shipping and handling fees apply to all exchanges. Allow 2 to 3 weeks to process
